One of the area’s most active estate sellers, averaging more than 35 sales and auctions per year, Carol has been in the business since 1996, following a 15-year career as a registered nurse specializing in operating room and plastic surgery. She has valued and liquidated some of the largest and most complex estates in North and East Texas, as well as Southern Oklahoma, She is a Certified Appraiser of Personal Property with the International Society of Appraisers, the highest level available, and works closely with local, regional and national specialists in that organization. Carol is also a member of ISA's Private Client Services Group, a select group of qualified appraisers who have completed specialized training and hold senior-level industry experience in working with High-Net-Worth Individuals.

Gary brings to JLA Treasures a clear understanding of the needs and concerns of professional fiduciaries and their advisors. A nearly 50-year trust and estate professional, he is a recent past president of the Dallas Estate Planning Council, a Trust and Estate Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and an Accredited Estate Planner (by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils).
